How to Make Marinated Eggs in Sauce

  2. Place the Boiling Tray on the Heating Tray, then place the punctured egg on the Boiling Tray .
  3. Cover with the Lid and Press the Switch Button to Cooking position. When the buzzer sounds, remove the egg immediately.
  4. Peel the egg and slice it.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, garlic, and sesame oil until the sugar dissolves.
  6. Drizzle the mixed sauce over the eggs, stir well, and it's ready to enjoy.
