Limited warranty overview

Evoloop stands behind the quality of our egg cookers. Every eligible product purchased from evoloophome.com or an authorized Evoloop retailer includes a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when used as intended under normal household use.

This warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

What is covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Failure of the unit to operate due to a defect under normal use
  • Defects present at the time of delivery (report within 30 days for fastest resolution)

Coverage applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

What is not covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or discoloration from use
  • Damage from improper cleaning, immersion of the heating base in water, or use of non-approved accessories
  • Commercial, rental, or industrial use
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or without proof of purchase
  • Unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly
  • Issues caused by power surges, incorrect voltage, or acts of nature

Warranty period

The warranty period is one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Keep your order confirmation or receipt—you may be asked to provide proof of purchase when filing a claim.

How to file a warranty claim

  1. Contact us through our Contact Us page with the subject line Warranty Claim.
  2. Include your order number, purchase date, product model, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect and the product label, if applicable.
  4. Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Do not return the product until you receive return or replacement instructions from Evoloop support.

Remedies

If we confirm a covered defect, Evoloop will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product or issue a refund for the purchase price of the defective unit. Replacement products may be new or refurbished to the same functional standard.

Shipping for approved warranty replacements is handled according to the instructions provided by our support team.
