Add the recommended amount of water using the measuring cup, place your eggs in the tray, close the lid, and press the button. The cooker heats the water to steam-cook your eggs. When done, you will hear a buzzer and the unit shuts off automatically.

Use the included measuring cup. Fill to the line that matches how many eggs you are cooking and the style you want (soft, medium, or hard boiled). More water means longer cooking time. Start with the marked line for your egg count and adjust slightly if needed after your first batch.

Depending on your model, you can make soft-, medium-, and hard-boiled eggs, poached eggs, omelets, and steamed foods using the included trays. Refer to the user manual included with your cooker for tray setup and water levels for each style.

Most batches finish in about 10–15 minutes, depending on egg count, water level, and desired doneness. The cooker shuts off automatically when the water has steamed away and alerts you with a buzzer.

Yes. Evoloop egg cookers use BPA-free materials for food-contact parts. Always place the unit on a stable, heat-resistant surface, keep the vent clear, and unplug when not in use.

Unplug the base and let everything cool. The lid, egg tray, poaching tray, and measuring cup are top-rack dishwasher safe on most models. Wipe the heating base with a damp cloth only—do not immerse the base in water.
