How to Make Focaccia Egg Sandwich
- Fill the Measuring Cup with water to the hard egg 3-4 Line and pour into the Heating Tray.
- Place the Boiling Tray on the Heating Tray, then place the punctured eggs on the Boiling Tray .
- Cover with the Lid and Press the Switch Button to Cooking position. When the buzzer sounds, remove the eggs immediately.
- Peel the eggs.Cut one egg in half, and mash the other two eggs with a fork.
- Slice the focaccia roll horizontally.Bake the bread roll in the oven at 428°F for about 10 minutes.
- Mix the mashed eggs with mayonnaise, then spread the mixture on the bread roll.
- Nestle the boiled egg into the center of the bread, and your lunch is ready.
