How to Make Focaccia Egg Sandwich

  1. Fill the Measuring Cup with water to the hard egg 3-4 Line and pour into the Heating Tray.
  2. Place the Boiling Tray on the Heating Tray, then place the punctured eggs on the Boiling Tray .
  3. Cover with the Lid and Press the Switch Button to Cooking position. When the buzzer sounds, remove the eggs immediately.
  4. Peel the eggs.Cut one egg in half, and mash the other two eggs with a fork.
  5. Slice the focaccia roll horizontally.Bake the bread roll in the oven at 428°F for about 10 minutes.
  6. Mix the mashed eggs with mayonnaise, then spread the mixture on the bread roll.
  7. Nestle the boiled egg into the center of the bread, and your lunch is ready.
