How to Make Chili Oil Poached Eggs
- Fill the Measuring Cup with water to the 120ml Line and pour into the Heating Tray.
- Place the Boiling Tray on the Heating Tray, then place the Poaching Tray on the Boiling Tray .
- Pour your egg into the Poaching Tray.
- Cover with the Lid and Press the Switch Button to Cooking position. When the buzzer sounds, remove the Poaching Tray immediately.
- Bring a small pot of water to a gentle simmer. Add the vinegar.
- Place the egg in vinegar water, drizzle with chili oil, and enjoy.
