How to Make Chili Oil Poached Eggs

  1. Fill the Measuring Cup with water to the 120ml Line and pour into the Heating Tray.
  2. Place the Boiling Tray on the Heating Tray, then place the Poaching Tray on the Boiling Tray .
  3. Pour your egg into the Poaching Tray.
  4. Cover with the Lid and Press the Switch Button to Cooking position. When the buzzer sounds, remove the Poaching Tray immediately.
  5. Bring a small pot of water to a gentle simmer. Add the vinegar.
  6. Place the egg in vinegar water, drizzle with chili oil, and enjoy.
