How to Make Chickpea and Poached Egg Skillet
- Fill the Measuring Cup with water to the 120ml Line and pour into the Heating Tray.
- Place the Boiling Tray on the Heating Tray, then place the Poaching Tray on the Boiling Tray .
- Pour your egg into the Poaching Tray.
- Cover with the Lid and Press the Switch Button to Cooking position. When the buzzer sounds, remove the Poaching Tray immediately.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chickpeas, cumin, and paprika; sauté for 3–4 minutes.
- Place the poached eggs on top of the chickpeas, season with salt and black pepper, then enjoy.
