How to Make Chickpea and Poached Egg Skillet

  1. Fill the Measuring Cup with water to the 120ml Line and pour into the Heating Tray.
  2. Place the Boiling Tray on the Heating Tray, then place the Poaching Tray on the Boiling Tray .
  3. Pour your egg into the Poaching Tray.
  4. Cover with the Lid and Press the Switch Button to Cooking position. When the buzzer sounds, remove the Poaching Tray immediately.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add chickpeas, cumin, and paprika; sauté for 3–4 minutes.
  7. Place the poached eggs on top of the chickpeas, season with salt and black pepper, then enjoy.
