How to Make After Gym

  1. Fill the Measuring Cup with water to the 120ml Line and pour into the Heating Tray.
  2. Place the Boiling Tray on the Heating Tray, then place the Poaching Tray on the Boiling Tray .
  3. Pour your egg into the Poaching Tray.
  4. Cover with the Lid and Press the Switch Button to Cooking position. When the buzzer sounds, remove the Poaching Tray immediately.
  5. Sear the steak in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes per side. Let rest, then slice thinly.
  6. Steam the purple sweet potato and mash it.
  7. Place the steak, avocado and poached egg on top of the mashed purple sweet potato. The meal is ready.
